Fixes and Performance Enhancements

• The Excel Add-In now displays progress in a modal dialog while loading reports after an Excel workbook has been opened.

• In the admin web app, the scheduled workflows page shows 'loading' until ready and refreshed, instead of an incorrect 'you are not licenced' message.

• If user credentials were changed on the server while the user was logged in using a desktop client, it could fill the log with many 'login failed' error messages.

• Epicor Catalog: Additional measures added to JobAssembly.

• The SMTP Email Server settings page now requires authentication, as does the Permissions editing page.
