In this build:

Fixes & Performance Enhancements

• Stop popup error message in Excel Add-In about FC Server not having the same version.  (This happens when FC Server is from one build and Excel AddIn is from another build)

• Can create a first calc in a report that has no calcs

• Can change column captions on reports that don't have dimension/member caption overrides in place

• Migrated to the latest SAP dlls

• Reworked SAP HANA initialization so that it only fires if there is a SAP Hana connection.

• Hopefully stopped SAP from forcing dll version matching if it uses the wrong SAP dll from the GAC. 

• Reworked serialization of report settings like “Hide rows if no values”.  The old system was serializing type info which stops you from opening the report in previous versions.
