Catalog & Reporting content changes

• Epicor: Minor catalog change.

Fixes & Performance Enhancements

• Changing a variable via the new variable controls, could cause columns to dissapear in certain circumstances.

• Resolved a problem that prevented users subscribing to a hierarchy that had range nodes

• Minor tweaks to the Report Title dialog.

• Optimised SQL for calcs in the across axis using wildcards or ranges

• Folder descriptions can now be imported / exported

• Removing a filter by the control's right click, will now remove associated variables
