Designer

• Affecting 2.5.8+ only, new bucketing dimensions could not be created, as the timespans couldn't be specified (FC-1089)

• After visiting the Bucketing dialog, grand totals would be turned off, if no other row subtotals were in use (FC-1045)

• In certain circumstances, an error could be displayed, and the application quit unexpectedly, when opening the View Column Details dialog (FC-1097)

• When you created the first condition for a calculated member, the user was offered all available dimensions rather than the sensible reduced active subset (FC-1067)

• Editing a hierarchy calculation showed an incorrect validation error whenever the expression was left empty (FC-1083)

• Member selection lists in the Edit Calculation and Edit Hierarchy dialogs were not initially sorted by Code (FC-1072)

• An error would occur in member lists when selecting a numeric dimension such as Year or Period after having sorted another dimension by Code (FC-1084)

Excel Add-In

• If subtotal labels consisted of nothing but the date being subtotalled, Excel could interpret the date using North American format instead of the user's actual regional settings (FC-737)

General

• Some messages which are routine feedback to the interactive user are no longer recorded in the server log as errors or warnings, reducing log bloat (FC-1075, FC-1015)
