Improvements

Performance

• Communications between client and server are now compressed, which will result in better performance when logging in, opening reports, and saving reports over slower network connections. (FC-1416)

Fixes

Desktop Clients

• Clicking on the Remove button for a dimension in the Rows list of the Rows & Columns dialog removed the currently selected dimension rather than the one you clicked Remove for (FC-1341)

• Hiding rows without values was incorrectly hiding an aggregated hierarchy node when the node's children summed to zero and the 'parent first' option was used. (FC-1320)

• Deleting a report or other object in the repository should not create a new version of it, just mark it deleted. (FC-1482)

• A warning to the Designer user about circular dependencies among calculations is no longer logged as an error. (FC-1519)

Server

• To support improvements in calculation dependency evaluation, the minimum client version required to connect to a 2.5.20 server is 2.5.19. (FC-1508)

• Once a user changes their password, their account will no longer be locked out. (FC-1523)

• Subject to further verification, a harmless error logged when visiting the Home page of the Admin web app prior to logging in has been resolved. (FC-1396)

Scheduler

• When setting a weekly schedule for a scheduled workflow the chosen days of the week were being ignored and Monday to Friday always selected. (FC-438)

• An intermittent error when saving a scheduled workflow with a 'one-time' recurrence in a locale which uses AM/PM time designation has been fixed. (FC-1520)

Security

• A permission bypass issue has been resolved. (FC-1343)

• Connection details are passed between server and client more securely. (FC-1506)

Nextworld

• Requests to the Nextworld API which fail weren't always recording the error details in the log. (FC-1538)
