Formatting - Common Reporting Look

Its a common thing for a business to want to have a standard look and feel for it's reports. Perhaps a colour scheme, the font, use of colors or borders and so on.

With every standard template and solution subscribed to a common set of library formats in 3.2, this is now possible.
